Serendipity: How the Greatest Moments of Our Lives Happen

Posted on Posted in Life Coaching, Spiritual Growth

It is with great joy I welcome you into the ninth month of the year.

No doubt you’ve had different experiences in the past eight months,  pleasant and unpleasants. Some series of circumstances that you initiated and others you didn’t initiate. But here you are today.

Now, I want to share with you how to make the best of this month.

No matter how the past eight months looked like, the most important is how you are going to maximize to the fullest the days ahead.

Your best days are still ahead of you.

So, how do you make the best of them?

This is the answer.

Understand the Power of Serendipity

Gina Greenlee, in her book Postcards and Pearls said, cultivate the art of maximizing serendipitous opportunities.

Serendipity is about how time and chance affects our lives. Our greatest moments in life happen with a great spiritual design that we don’t usually initiate.

The Bible says, “The race (of life) is not to the swift or the battle to the strong…But time and chance happen to them all.” (Ecclesiastes 9:11, emphasis mine).

Most times, things may not turn out as planned but we can be rest assured that God is working out the best in our Favour.

Align Yourself With God’s Purpose

The first aspect of taking advantage of serendipity power is to ensure we align ourselves with God’s purpose for our lives.

Unexpected events, breakthroughs, opportunities, relationships, ideas, and resources always flow to the direction of those who align with God’s purpose for their lives.

Your greatest moments of joy, success, fulfillment and peace which you don’t even initiate are going to be found as you keyed into the plan of God for your life.

When it comes to the best things of life, our responsibility is not to seek them but to align ourselves properly with the One who gives them.

When we align ourselves with God’s purpose, serendipity naturally take its course in our lives.

This is our personal responsibility that must be carried out everyday and every time.

Happy new month!
